Office 2010 installation is introduced

The installation of Office 2010 is certainly better than the decision whether to retain an old version of the application software is more complex. In fact, Office 2010 introduces the concept of installation, a total of four installation. If the proper use of these ways, the utilization of system resources will be greatly enhanced. Installation of these four is:

• The machine is running - this way all the user-selected applications or features are installed to the hard drive up, then no need to access the Office 2010 CD-ROM can be run from the machine immediately. Obviously, Word 2010 and other commonly used application software should take this installation.

• CD / operation of the network - if the user selected this installation, then in each subsequent use the appropriate application software or features, you must insert the Office 2010 Professional CD-ROM (or from the network, which search for the file). Limited to those of disk space, or sole custody of the Office 2010 user, this will be a good choice. "Clip library" element is the best example of this installation.

Installed on first use - use this installation method means: the user can see in the menu, which all need to use set of features, but at the first attempt to use, the system will remind insert the Office 2010 CD (or via the corporate network to access ) for functional installation. Of course, after you re-use these features, they and the characteristics of this installation completely different. This is a good way to save disk space only when really need to install.

But the same reason described earlier, if you need to use a CD-ROM, but can not find the disc, that would be tragic!

• No - Select the way from the Office 2010 menu item in the "hidden" characteristics, however, this does not mean, nor can, you can still install these features in the future.
