Before you save the chart as a Web page, you can add one or more hyperlinks to the Visio 2010 shape and drawing page. The link can jump to a particular site, in the same Visio diagram page Visio drawing file, or any other file. For example, you can be the shape of the flow chart of a process link to a Microsoft Word document contains the document in the process of total quality management (TQM).
Add a link to the drawing page or shape
1 one of the following:
• To the Visio 2010 drawing page to add links, and the drawing page (do not selected any of the content).
• To add a link shapes, select the shape.
On the "Insert" menu in Visio 2010 download, click the "hyperlink".
3 one of the following:
• The link to the website for the "address", please type the website address. If you do not know the address, click "Browse", and then click the "Internet Address", open the default Web browser.
• link to the file for the "address", click "Browse", then click the local file. Find the desired file, and then click Open. (If necessary, change the file type in the "File Types".)
For Help, you can type the link instructions, these instructions will appear in the shape of the shortcut menu, on the drawing page shortcut menu, or when you hold the pointer over the shape.
5 Click "OK".
